Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team in Reading, MA.

Who You Are:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Licensed RN and Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
- CPR certification required
