Valid drivers’ license and ability to maintain a clean motor vehicle record required; Class B commercial license preferred Skills

3 or more years of experience in ready-mix production operations and/or similar role 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role preferred Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated, requiring minimal direct guidance Ability to lead and motivate others; prior experience effectively managing a team preferred Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, problem-solve, and work under consistent pressure of deadlines Basic computer skills, including use of MS Office products Compensation And Benefits

Compensation*: $28-$30 DOE Estimated target starting compensation; actual compensation to be determined based on assessment of an individual’s qualifications, education, and experience relevant to the role. Benefits: All full-time hourly employees are eligible to participate in Simon benefits as defined in plan documents. Available benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, term life insurance, supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, flexible spending plan, and education assistance. Other benefits include eight paid holidays, and access to available company discounts.
