Key responsibilities Lead and develop team members to their full potential. Break down business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Provide recognitionand regular feedback. Coordinate team effortsto ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Ensure high‑level stakeholders’ satisfaction. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, and be a technical advisor to clients. Lead presales and delivery engagements as a Technical Lead. Support team members in professional development. Be a professional and technical role model for other team members. Make work environment interesting, engaging and fun. Estimatethe effort requiredto deliver a solution. Job Requirements Expert experience in a Data Engineering and/or BI Engineering role. Strong experience in the Azure Data technology stack and/or Databrics. Proven experience in a Team Leader or Tech Leader role with 3+ years in a direct leader role. Working experience in agile environments applying SAFe and Scrum frameworks. Excellent problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Polish and very good in English. Snowflake experience is a plus. AWS experience is a plus.
