Home Health Staffing Registered Nurse (RN) 12 week contract 

 Serving the Tri County Area

Seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a 12 week contract. Must have 2+ years experience in home health and be able to hit the ground running Step into a nursing role where you feel valued and supported by management for the vital work you do.

As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and schools
  • Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
  • Examine patients, conduct assessments, document condition and report changes to physician
  • Review, interpret, transcribe and carry out physician orders for patients
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment and maintain a safe environment  

A few must-haves for our Registered Nurses:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in South Carolina
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home health 
  • CPR Certification
  • Immunization Records
  • Current Physical within the last year or statement of good health 
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate.
  • Completion of Competency Exam and Required online assessments.
  • Successfully pass drug and background screening
  • Valid drivers license and car insurance
  • Other requirements as need per assignment
