Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearThis role offers a competitive salary, based on experience and location, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Job DescriptionAs a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include:
- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Patient assessments and coordination of care
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
You will work closely with our patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
