In this role, you will partner with firm management to source and screen legal talent to further promote the firm’s hardworking, dedicated, and highly collaborative culture. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are excited for an opportunity to utilize your previous recruiting experience to further support the firm as it grows, send us your resume todayKey ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of the recruitment process, screen applicants, schedule candidate interviews with multiple team members, assess candidate skill level, and oversee offer negotiation and/or rejection letters.Create and develop effective recruiting strategies and advise hiring managers throughout the entire process.Serve as a representative of the firm, attend job fairs and networking opportunities, foster strong relationships to assist with building connections and attracting top professional talent.Provide top-notch welcoming experience to new hires, assist with the onboarding process and operate as a liaison between candidates and various internal departments.Oversee staffing needs across multiple departments, proactively anticipating where additional support may be needed.Maintain accurate records using various HR and ATS systems, ensuring all recruiting efforts and practices comply with firm guidelines and regulatory requirements.Why You’ll Love Working HereHighly competitive benefits and salary package including work/life balance and extensive paid time off.Voted one of the best law firms to work forThis role offers remote flexibility two (2) days a week.What We’re Looking ForLegal recruiting experience. You are degreed and have a minimum of five (5) or more years of previous full cycle recruiting experience in a law firm. Previous experience recruiting in a legal environment is required.People person. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Communication is one of your biggest strengths.Software savvy. You are technologically skilled and can easily navigate numerous candidate tracking and HR software platforms such as Workday, LinkedIn, and viRecruit.Thorough and process oriented.
