Responsibilities Identify prospects to propose our unique Lighting-as-a-Service Program. Show business owners and C‑Suite executives how FES can help solve their unique challenges. Leverage network referrals and other lead generation opportunities. Determine prospects’ qualification for the Program. Report weekly on meeting or exceeding your sales target. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years proven track record of outside B2B sales. A driven energy to hunt out and nurture new leads: you’ll be our boots on the ground, actively prospecting for potential customers. High emotional intelligence for building strong relationships. A highly results‑oriented, competitive and self‑motivated attitude. An entrepreneurial ‘savvy’ – you know the heart of a business owner. Experience in conceptual-based selling.
