Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor – KPMG USKPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services. The Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor will be a member of the Talent & Culture organization, partnering with people leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions that support business performance and employee engagement.ResponsibilitiesSupport annual performance development processes including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, year‑end evaluations, and compensation planning.Collaborate with HRBA peers, PRG, F&A, Resource Management and Practice Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions.Generate reports and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision‑making.Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to change‑management strategies.Aid special HR projects such as benchmarking, leveling, and job description development.Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful work environment.QualificationsMinimum three years of recent HR or comparable experience.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.Intermediate knowledge of HR principles; foundational understanding of HR laws and regulations preferred.Strong relationship‑building skills with partners and employees; clear and concise written communication; problem‑solving, verbal, and presentation skills.Knowledge of PeopleSoft and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Proven ability to organize and manage workload to meet deliverable expectations.Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future visa sponsorship.KPMG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), and well‑being programs.
