Responsibilities:
  • Develop, train and mentor technicians and project managers
  • Management of water/mold mitigation projects from start to finish
  • Creation of estimates in Xactimate
  • Oversight of technicians and sub-contractors on all projects
  • Regular client and adjuster communication
  • Participation in weekly production meetings
  • Participation in on-call rotation for emergency response
  • Monitor and audit DASH files
  • Participate in monthly 1:1’s and annual evaluations
  • Must have valid driver license
