We are expanding our team and seeking a Live Surveillance Operator with additional technical skills in coding and development to assist with security operations and potentially grow into a technical role within the company. This is an on-site position requiring dedication, focus, and a proactive approach to ensuring property security.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of multiple DVR security systems to ensure property security, deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents in real-time. This position also offers opportunities for individuals with coding and development experience (JavaScript, React, Python) to contribute to internal projects and grow into a technical role within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesActively monitor live DVR security feeds to detect and respond to suspicious activity.Use a microphone to issue verbal warnings and deter unauthorized individuals from properties.Maintain detailed logs of security incidents and escalate when necessary.Coordinate with on-site security teams and law enforcement as needed.Technical Assistance (Preferred)Support the development team with basic coding tasks and troubleshooting.Contribute to the improvement of security monitoring software and automation tools.Assist in data tagging and organization for future AI-driven enhancements to surveillance systems.QualificationsRequired: Experience in security monitoring, DVR surveillance, or live feed analysis.Ability to communicate effectively using a microphone to deter unauthorized activity.Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential security threats.
