This position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact a youth’s life by providing patient, supportive care and mentorship.The role is multifaceted, encompassing advocacy, skill building, care coordination, education and role modeling. You will work as part of a dedicated team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth.
