We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to drive our next phase of growth by building strategic relationships with plumbing contractors throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors throughout Atlanta Execute proven “call for service” outreach strategies to plumbing companies Identify and qualify potential plumbing partners who need water damage restoration services Conduct face-to-face meetings with plumbing company owners and managers Discover current processes: “Who are they and what do they do when they see leaks now?” Determine if plumbers work with one company, multiple companies, or are open to new partnerships Onboard qualified plumbers into our referral program and drip marketing system Target: Get 10+ plumbing companies through our complete partnership onboarding process Follow documented processes and proven playbooks Maintain detailed tracking of all outreach activities and relationship status Participate in weekly sales meetings with clear metrics and accountability Plumbing Industry Background: Previous experience in plumbing supply, distribution, or sales Established Network: Existing relationships with plumbing contractors preferred Outside Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B relationship building and sales Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Atlanta plumbing contractor landscape Target Background Regional/Outside Sales Manager at plumbing supply companies (Ferguson, etc.) Counter sales manager with strong contractor relationships Business development professional with plumbing industry connections Sales representative with established plumber network in Atlanta market Required Skills Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities Self‑motivated with ability to work independently Process‑oriented mindset with attention to documentation Goal‑driven with track record of exceeding targets Professional presentation skills for contractor meetings Company Culture & Support Join a proven, profitable business with documented systems and processes Work with a leadership team that has successfully grown from startup to multi‑million dollar company Access to comprehensive training and proven playbooks Supportive team environment with clear expectations and regular feedback This role offers the chance to build a significant territory and book of business in one of the fastest-growing restoration companies in Atlanta.
