For more information about PRGX, visit www.prgx.com.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes business development plans to meet or exceed sales, revenue, and other targetsIdentifies, evaluates, and executes sales of PRGX’s contract management, profit recovery, and data intelligence products and services within new clientsWorks with internal stakeholders to understand PRGX’s strengths and value proposition to develop sales strategies that result in sustainable and profitable growthEnsures a differentiated client experiences and satisfaction based on a deep understanding of client needsDevelops and executes strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversionMobilizes internal stakeholders to support new and current enterprise technology initiativesDemonstrates effective use of PRGX’s sales process and the Challenger sales methodology to create differentiated client experiencesProactively builds positive relationships to support PRGX’s goalsOversees the development of proposals and contracts for new opportunities and manages negotiationsPartners with Legal to finalize sales contractsRemains abreast of market and industry changes and uses market intelligence to position PRGX for growth and successDevelops and executes plans to identify selling opportunities and to meet or exceed sales quota, revenue and other targetsPartners with operations to build and maintain relationships with existing client buyers, identify client pain points, and identify leadsCommunicates the value of PRGX’s products and services to clientsEngages the support of sales engineering, operations, finance and PRGX leadership as neededMaintains accurate and timely records in SalesforceOther duties as assignedKnowledge & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or similar business disciplineMinimum of 8 years’ enterprise services and/or technology sales experienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience selling into procurement/category management groups within enterprise retailersProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with a sense of urgency and desire to make an impactMust be willing to travel up to 30% of the timeOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityPRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
