**Job Summary:** The Assembler is responsible for assembling product using precise instructions and processes.

**Essential Job Functions:**

Builds sub-assembly and finished product on assembly line or work center

Performs quality and function checks on all final products

Performs housekeeping duties

Meets or exceeds position certification and efficiency requirements

Cross train between other areas of production including warehouse.

Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member

Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals

Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

No experience required

Manual dexterity

Strong hand to eye coordination

Ability to operate Computers, Printers, CTS Tester, Scales, Hoists

Ability to read and interpret blueprints as well as written instructions

Must be proficient with verbal communication skills

Must have strong attention to details skills

Must have analytical and critical thinking skills

Must pass background check and drug screen

**Work Environment:**

Warehouse environment with elevated noise, heavy duty equipment and moving equipment

Continuous skin exposure to oils, greases, adhesives, paints, and other chemicals

Continuous exposure to atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system

PPE required in specific areas

**Physical Requirements:**

Continuous standing, walking, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling

Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
