We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive business development and account growth across the U.S. market. This is a remote position offering a competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000, plus commission, excellent benefits, and the chance to join a rapidly expanding team with significant growth opportunities. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage strategic accounts while developing new client relationships. You'll leverage your SaaS sales experience and consultative approach to deliver technology solutions that improve decision-making, compliance, and efficiency for enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients across North America. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with quarterly and annual revenue goals Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement and maximize revenue Partner with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver outstanding client experiences Stay current on GRC industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings Accurately track activities, forecasts, and results in CRM systems and communicate progress to leadership Qualifications: 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, with proven success closing complex deals Experience selling to enterprise clients, ideally within GRC, audit, risk, or compliance software environments Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; multilingual fluency is a plus Compensation & Benefits: $110,000-$125,000 base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
