Physical Therapist Sunny Days – Half Moon Bay, CA Location Half Moon Bay, CA Salary Competitive rates based on experience: $75–$85 per hour. About the Role Sunny Days of California, Inc. specializes in early intervention, serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years. We provide home‑based services including occupational, physical, and speech therapy. We are looking to grow our team of Physical Therapists in this area. Benefits Sign‑on bonus (up to $1,000) Create your own schedule Flexible schedules & locations of your choice Professional support & development Paid admin time (travel time/reports/scheduling) Paid mileage between sessions Direct deposit eligible Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits eligible Sick time eligible Possible 401(k) participation Supportive and positive team environment Opportunity to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in home and community settings Job Responsibilities Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon) Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and collaborate with the family to develop strategies that help each child reach developmental goals Utilize a family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress generalizes Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare centers, community settings); virtual services also available Conduct re‑assessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual) Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per HIPAA and regulatory requirements Requirements California Physical Therapy (DPT) license Pediatric experience (Early Intervention preferred) Home‑based service delivery experience preferred Strong clinical & interpersonal skills Excellent written & oral communication skills Bilingual in Spanish a plus Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Health Care Provider Sunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
