We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health team in Half Moon Bay, CA. Position Overview As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will evaluate patients’ physical health, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, ensuring the highest standards of care while providing support both remotely and independently in the field.
