SALES CONSULTANT Durahome Painting Plus YOUR ROLE Conduct in person estimates at homeowners properties, building trust and understanding their goals. Identify project needs including prep, carpentry, and protection issues, and guide homeowners toward the right solution. Follow a consultative sales process to convert a strong portion of estimates into booked projects. Attend select networking events and generate occasional self sourced opportunities. Self generated leads earn double commission. Create clear, detailed scopes and estimates using PaintScout so homeowners understand exactly what they are getting. Maintain communication with homeowners throughout production to ensure a smooth experience that leads to repeat business and referrals. Use CompanyCam, Monday, PaintScout, Pipedrive, and QuickBooks to stay organized, document accurately, and manage your pipeline. YOUR SKILL SET You are: Tech comfortable and quick to learn software that helps you stay effective. A strong communicator who explains recommendations clearly and confidently. Service focused and committed to doing what is right for the customer. Calm and steady under pressure with strong follow through. Committed to quality, selling on value rather than discounting. Spanish speaking is helpful but not required. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Required Currently closing fifty percent or more of your in person estimates in home services, remodeling, construction, or similar fields. Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities. Self directed with strong follow through and accountability. Comfortable managing your schedule, CRM tasks, and follow up. Preferred Experience in construction estimating. Painting industry knowledge. College degree. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering strong customer service is essential. YOUR REWARDS Commission Only with Draw Support A temporary draw is provided during your first ninety days as your pipeline builds, and is repaid through early commissions. Commission Structure Tiered based on project profitability. Higher margins earn higher commission percentages. Self generated leads earn double commission. Realistic Earnings Based on Actual Data Consistent performers closing around fifty percent earn six figures. Strong closers exceed two hundred thousand. High performers with strong margins and larger job sizes can reach three hundred thousand plus. Schedule and Lifestyle Work three days or five days depending on your income goals. Performance based role, not hours based. Recognition and Support Supportive leadership, organized systems, and clear expectations. Referral program and performance incentives.
