Description

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Video, and Display networks.
  • Ad Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns to align with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets across campaigns and channels, ensuring efficient spending to achieve desired CAC.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging for target audiences.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continually improve ad performance and effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain competitiveness in the digital landscape.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights for future campaigns.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in paid media management, with proven success in either Affiliates & Paid Search or Paid Social & Video advertising.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager, to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: A creative mindset that fosters effective collaboration with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and messaging.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, capable of planning, executing, and monitoring multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing circumstances and project requirements.
  • Location Flexibility: Open to working fully remote or in a hybrid model based in Los Angeles, with the ability to participate in occasional Pacific Time meetings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present performance metrics and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
