Find out today what a career with Pyramid Hotel Group at the La Quinta Resort and Club can mean for you Overview We are looking for a leader who possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and is able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Considerable knowledge of paint, varnish, stain, enamels, lacquers, wall coverings, masonry work and other related products as well as application and mixing procedures of such products. Working knowledge of basic hand tools and other equipment including: brushes, rollers, scrapers, sandpaper, spray guns, lifts, etc. Considerable knowledge of OSHA standards and application for working with chemicals. Basic English language communication skills in order to fully comprehend job assignments, read and understand manufacturer instructions in preparing and mixing paint or masonry products, and adhere to safety warnings. Qualifications EDUCATION High School graduate or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE Basic experience in painting and other wall covering techniques. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate. CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $23.00/Hr. - $23.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
