Senior Painter

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Painter to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a renowned leader in the hospitality industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering a supportive work environment for our employees.

The successful candidate will possess considerable knowledge of painting techniques, including application and mixing procedures for various products. They will also have a working knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment, as well as OSHA standards for working with chemicals.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of painters and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective painting strategies
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Basic experience in painting and other wall covering techniques
• Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate, CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
• Basic English language communication skills
