Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from SpineSearch LLC SpineSearch is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Operations to join a rapidly growing multi-site orthopedic and musculoskeletal practice to oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations. This leadership role is responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative, patient‑centered culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across regional clinics, ensuring consistency in front desk, call center, referrals, scheduling, patient engagement, and medical records. Oversee clinical and administrative teams, including front desk, schedulers, surgical coordinators, medical assistants, physical therapists, and imaging staff. Guide facility operations, staff performance, and training across all sites. Serve as an operational advisor to Revenue Cycle Management, supporting efficiency and cross‑functional alignment. Partner with executive and physician leadership on long‑term strategy, operational initiatives, and practice growth. Act as Head of Compliance, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies. Strengthen culture, communication, and engagement across physicians, staff, and MSO partners. Qualifications: 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in a multi‑site outpatient or clinical setting. Experience in surgical specialties (orthopedics, neuro, ENT, general surgery) required. Strong background in workflow optimization, compliance, and patient engagement technologies. Effective communicator with proven ability to lead through influence and drive organizational change. MSO experience highly preferred.
