The Entry Level Marketing Associate is a full-time position assisting the sales and marketing team with the marketing & business development initiatives by providing support and coordination of marketing activities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with other team members to execute marketing programs
  2. Maintain project management system to monitor marketing program requests, promotions and programs; adhere to project timelines
  3. Liaison between our partners, marketing, and sales personnel to ensure a high degree of customer support for all marketing programs
  4. Monitor all marketing and promotional activities
  5. Maintain client account information and updates
  6. Conference liaison – coordinates and arranges the registration, marketing materials and provides support, as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Organization skills
  3. Customer Service experience
  4. Experience in marketing/sales
  5. Ability to work with a team and independently
  6. Must be eligible to work in the U.S
