Events And Sales Assistant Singnala is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our event planning efforts and driving sales initiatives. As the Events and Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of events, from initial planning stages to execution on the day of the event. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events from conception to execution. Support the sales team in developing promotional materials and presentations. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements. Track event budgets and assist in financial reporting for events and sales activities. Maintain and update databases related to event attendees and sales leads. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning or sales support roles. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
