Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club has served as the premier private members tennis and racquet Club for Texas and the greater southwest region. It is internationally recognized as a best-in-class training facility for competitive, professional, semi-professional and social tennis for adults and children, while also offering a range of health and wellness amenities, including a gym, chiropractic and sports medicine services and group fitness classes. In June 2022, Dallas-based WoodHouse acquired T Bar M and is renovating and enhancing the property, creating a world-class racquet Club. The evolved Club will house the classic tennis club and facilities in a fresh new environment. The Club’s brand and amenities will continue to cater to individuals and families in search of a social and communal anchor that is grounded in an active, health and wellness-focused mindset. The new Banner House at T Bar M will include 21 tennis courts (8 indoor courts, 3 Euro red clay courts and 14 outdoor courts), 2 padel courts, 8 pickleball courts, retail/pro shop, a resort style pool, taqueria, private events, lounges, restaurant and bar. In addition to these amenities there is a 12,000 SF Fitness Center with best-in-class training equipment and state of the art locker rooms, including a cold plunge, dry sauna and hot tub. Paired with the new Club house and Fitness offerings is a full service Wellness, Spa and Chiropractic offering with 6 treatment rooms for massage/facials, IV’s, injectables and 3 chiropractic rooms for adjustments, soft tissue therapy, needling, and more. About The Role Banner House is seeking an experienced and highly organized Pro Shop Supervisor to oversee pro shop operations, staff management, retail performance, and member/guest service. This leadership role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient use of Shopify, smooth administrative support, and a welcoming environment for all players and guests. A passion for tennis and strong communication skills is essential. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of the pro shop, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, train, schedule, and supervise pro shop staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing support for team development. Foster a positive, organized, and professional work environment. Retail Operations, Inventory & Racquet Services Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory for all merchandise and supplies, both in-store and online. Manage Shopify product listings, process online orders, and review sales data for trends. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to meet member and guest needs. Oversee racquet services, including receiving racquets for stringing, tracking stringing logs, ensuring timely turnaround, and maintaining an organized drop‑off/pick‑up system. Create and maintain attractive and strategic merchandise displays. Assist members and guests with purchases, returns, product recommendations, rentals, and general inquiries. Administrative & Operational Support Process member charges and maintain accurate billing and account information. Support planning and administrative tasks related to the annual tennis calendar, programs, and special events. Handle email communication, document preparation, and general administrative duties. Maintain organized records, operational checklists, and pro shop documentation. Member & Guest Services Provide professional, welcoming, and timely assistance to all members and visitors. Address and resolve concerns effectively while maintaining club service standards. Promote upcoming club programs, social events, and new pro shop offerings. Contribute to a positive, community‑focused atmosphere within the tennis program. Qualifications Previous experience in retail management; supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of tennis equipment, rules, and league formats familiarity is a plus). Proficiency with Shopify and point-of-sale systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage inventory and racquet service workflows with accuracy. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
