We’re looking for a Supervisor, Reconditioning Service to help keep the process as well-oiled as the vehicles we restore. In this role, you’ll assist the shop manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring we deliver high-quality reconditioning on schedule. Benefits Competitive pay. Manage shop workflow to ensure vehicles are completed on time. Ensure employees have proper equipment and training. Communicate reconditioning goals and results with the operations manager. Assist the manager in evaluating employee performance and conducting appraisals. Use management tools to track production and post charges. Lead by example and treat all employees with respect. Control use of supplies, materials, and equipment in the reconditioning shop. Enforce company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. Who You Are You're passionate about leadership, comfortable delegating responsibilities, and love cars—from Alpha‑Romeo to Zenos. You have the core qualifications that bring you here. Minimum Requirements HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical, or body shop operations; or equivalent education and work experience. Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Valid driver’s license; safe driving record required. Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles. Preferred Qualifications Excellent people, teamwork, and customer service skills. Strong communication and interaction skills. Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations. Compensation Base salary of $59,600.00 – $89,400.00 per year, varying by location and candidate qualifications. Potential eligibility for incentive program bonuses.
