Job Description – Part-time with potential expansion to full-time The Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for smooth daily operations and management of

. Assigned sales accounts include retail stores, eCommerce, and wholesale accounts. The Account Operations Coordinator member maintains positive relationships with buyers while processing purchase orders, coordinating shipping logistics, and overseeing client billing. Team member coordinates with various internal team members to carry out tasks.

Responsibilities Maintain positive relationships and good communication with grocery mangers, bulk customers, and direct consumers. Organize and facilitate store deliveries, small parcel shipments, and bulk carrier orders with internal teams and third-party vendors. Navigate various software and management systems to manage daily operational sales processing tasks and logistics operations. Make informed account management and logistics decisions. Maintain clear internal communication with other teams within the company. Track invoicing, accounts receivable, and billing systems Order office supplies Offer administrative support and complete other tasks as assigned. Location: North Loup, Nebraska

Qualifications

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, grammar, leadership, administrative, mathematical, multitasking, and communication skills are essential. Strong work ethic and ability to handle multi-tasks, self-motivated, and maintain a professional demeanor in a production environment. Strong computer and technology competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and billing software experience required. Effective people skills and collaboration with others. Able to work both independently and in a team setting. Successful problem solving and decision-making skills. Maintain high integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but not required with sufficient affiliated experience.
