Apply to become a part of a visionary company who is truly shaping the future of mental health services in Kentucky.DescriptionDuties/Responsibilities:Design, implement, and continually enhance engaging clinical resources, tools, and supports for staff.Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop innovative practices that strengthen clinical services and staff engagement.2. Clinical ResponsibilitiesMaintain a small, active clinical caseload to remain connected to client needs and service delivery standards.Provide consultation and support for complex or high-risk clinical cases as needed.Mentor and guide Clinical Supervisors to ensure excellence in supervision, service delivery, and team performance.Conduct weekly supervision meetings with assigned Clinical Supervisors and interns to provide consistent oversight and support.Participate in interviewing and hiring clinicians, interns, and supervisory staff to ensure alignment with Alliance’s mission and culture.Oversee the Onboarding Coordinator to ensure successful implementation of clinician and intern onboarding programs.Review and approve bi-weekly timesheets for supervised staff.Implement and oversee Letters of Expectation (LOEs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and other corrective actions as needed.Provide clinical support and address staff concerns as they arise.Hold Clinical Supervisors accountable for meeting key metrics, compliance standards, and team effectiveness.Provide leadership support during clinical situations when supervisors are unavailable.Ensure clinical operations align with Alliance’s mission, values, and organizational goals.4. Performance Monitoring & Quality ImprovementMonitor and analyze clinical performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure productivity, service quality, and client satisfaction goals are achieved.Implement coaching and performance improvement plans to promote staff growth and accountability.Address clinically based client grievances promptly and professionally.Oversee internal chart audits for fully licensed providers, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely completion.Review monthly “Gaps in Care” reports and ensure appropriate follow-up.Collaborate with Program Directors to review Scorecards and KPI performance monthly.5. Compliance, Accreditation, & External RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for external audits, licensing reviews, accreditation surveys, and payer audits.Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations, including billing, documentation, and ethical standards.Develop and implement corrective action plans when deficiencies are identified.Stay informed of regulatory changes and best practices impacting clinical compliance and operations.Oversee incident reporting processes, ensuring proper documentation, investigation, follow-up, and resolution.Conduct internal investigations related to compliance complaints, grievances, or suspected fraud.Identify potential risk areas and implement mitigation strategies to prevent recurrence and enhance agency safeguards.Support crisis response and safety evaluations to ensure protection of clients, staff, and the organization.7. Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI)Lead or participate in QAPI initiatives and committees to drive continuous improvement in clinical programs.Collect and analyze data to assess service outcomes, compliance trends, and clinical effectiveness.Prepare and present reports to leadership summarizing findings, strengths, vulnerabilities, and improvement recommendations.8. RISE Program & Crisis SupportProvide leadership, consultation, and support for RISE crisis management and program development.Meet weekly with the RISE Director and COO to address growth, expansion, and problem-solving efforts related to the program.9 . Strategic Growth & Program DevelopmentCollaborate with the CEO and COO to develop new clinical specializations, programs, and service offerings that meet community needs.Drive the expansion of Alliance’s clinical services through new locations, partnerships, and innovative programs aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations (e.g., schools, coalitions, healthcare partners) to increase referrals and visibility.Represent Alliance through participation in community events such as proclamation signings, coalition meetings, tabling events, and ribbon cuttings.Oversee the Internship Program by collaborating with graduate programs and supervisors to ensure a high-quality intern experience.Hold monthly meetings with Clinical Supervisors to review performance, address challenges, and support development.Participate in monthly meetings with Program Directors and Program Leads to ensure operational alignment.Meet weekly with the COO to align on priorities and clinical needs.Meet weekly with the RISE Director to review program growth and support crisis management.Hold regular meetings with the Onboarding Coordinator to discuss new hire integration and training development.Participate in Vision Meetings and other community-focused collaborations to promote Alliance’s mission and visibility.Provide oversight and support for program leads in Takeoff, Support Services, RISE, and Onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency.Monitor internal program chats, address questions, and provide timely direction.Serve as the clinical advisor and subject matter expert on the Leadership Team, providing insight and guidance on clinical operations, staffing, and quality of care.Collaborate with the Integrator (COO) and Visionary (CEO) to ensure clinical initiatives and decisions align with Alliance’s Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) and core values.Contribute to quarterly and annual EOS meetings by identifying clinical opportunities, obstacles, and strategic priorities.Use data-driven insights and key metrics to inform decisions and support accountability.Ensure that clinical perspectives are represented when developing company Rocks, policies, and long-term strategic plans.Participate in L10 meetings by providing updates on clinical performance, compliance, and staff development initiatives.Partner with other Leadership Team members to drive clarity, communication, and collaboration between departments.12. Other ResponsibilitiesRepresent Alliance Counseling Associates professionally within the community and with external partners.Assist with agency-wide emergency preparedness, safety protocols, and secure record management as needed.Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by executive leadership.Qualifications and Skills:Alignment with Alliance Counseling Associates’ mission and values.Active LPCC-S or LCSW license in Kentucky with supervisor status.Prior experience in private practice settings, especially in leadership roles, is preferred.Expertise in clinical documentation to include complete understanding of the golden thread, diagnostics, intervention and modality language, treatment planning using SMART goals, assessment, screening and outcomes measures.Adherence to and understanding of evolving regulations.Innovative & Creative:Be forward thinking with the ability to be a part of the future trajectory of Alliance by developing and implementing unique client/staff resources.Tech-Savvy:Proficient in online learning platforms, electronic health records, Google Workspace and more.Strong communication, leadership, and accountability traits.Organized, detail-oriented, and a team-oriented disposition.Benefits (earned after 90 days):4 weeks PTO (earned and utilized quarterly)7 Paid HolidaysMalpractice InsuranceFabulous administrative team for supportAbility to be creative and thrive with a growing team of innovative individuals #J-18808-Ljbffr
