Job Title: AI Developer
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, USA
AKube.ai (www.akube.ai) is a Silicon Valley based AI startup looking to revolutionize Software Engineering using AI beyond LLM’s. The company has been founded by seasoned tech entrepreneurs and has already built the first version of its product and is starting customer pilots.
We are seeking passionate AI developers looking to build cutting edge AI products. The ideal candidate will be able to apply LLMs, RAG, agents and other methods to new problems. They must have a good understanding of Machine Learning, Linear Algebra and Probability. They must also understand training neural networks and methods like gradient descent, dropout etc. A good grasp of Python and programming is also required. They also must be familiar with good data pipelines and testing methods.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working on AI products.
Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, with practical experience in applying them to real-world problems.
Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid mathematical foundation, including expertise in linear algebra and probability theory.
Experience in training and optimizing neural networks, with knowledge of techniques like gradient descent, regularization, and hyperparameter tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt AI techniques to diverse challenges in developer tools.
Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for AI model training and evaluation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for continuous learning and innovation, with a keen interest in advancing the field of AI and its applications in developer tools.
Educational Requirement
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
