Technical Expertise HandsOn Work

Key Qualifications

Experience

o12 years of experience in data science machine learning and AI with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role

oExperience in designing and deploying NLP solutions in realworld applications is a plus

oDeep handson experience with Python SQL and librariesframeworks related to data science eg pandas NumPy scikitlearn TensorFlow PyTorch

Technical Expertise

oExpertlevel proficiency in Python for data analysis machine learning

oStrong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and processing from large databases

oFamiliarity with cloud platforms AWS GCP or Azure and experience deploying models in production environments

oExperience with MLOps and version control tools Git Docker etc is a plus

Leadership Communication

oStrong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams

oExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences

oDemonstrated experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

Project Management

oExperience in managing and delivering multiple data science projects simultaneously

oAbility to set priorities manage resources and deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field

Familiarity with big data tools Spark Hadoop and distributed computing

Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or matplotlib for reporting insights
