This role focuses on advancing AE selling skills and prospecting excellence. Learn more .## **The Opportunity*** Design and deliver selling skills training. Create and facilitate interactive, practical learning experiences for Account Executives that deepen discovery, storytelling, and value articulation skills grounded in MEDDPICC and Value Selling.* Build and scale an AE Coaching Program. Partner with frontline and regional sales leaders to create a process and program around coaching reps on pipeline generation, deal qualification, and sales process execution.* Enable consistent manager reinforcement. Create toolkits, frameworks, and enablement guides that help managers deliver ongoing coaching tied to Dataminr’s sales methodology and value story.* Lead prospecting excellence programs. Develop and deliver training that improves outreach effectiveness, meeting conversion, and new business generation, leveraging AI-driven sales tools, playbooks, and best practices.* Drive deal execution mastery. Facilitate MEDDPICC based deal reviews that enhance forecast accuracy and sales stage progression.## **What You Bring**At Dataminr, we value you for who you are. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
