Job Summary

The Programming & Partnerships team is searching for a Sr. Analyst to provide partner, video platform, and marketing analytics. The Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging Comcast’s large data assets to generate insights and add value to the business through data driven decision making. This role is cross functional and will work closely with our partnerships team, external partners, editorial, marketing, and advertising.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards for partners and campaigns using tools like Looker
  • Generate daily / weekly / monthly reports using a combination of data visualization tools like Looker, Excel, and querying data from multiple databases
  • Create narrative driven presentations from data; present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee partner analytics quarterly business reviews and deliver on contractual partner insights and commitments
  • Ad hoc analysis including forecasting and modeling, analyzing and joining data from multiple databases using SQL, or accessing multiple Tableau or Looker dashboards to extract and analyze data
  • Marketing analytics of ROI of on platform tentpole marketing campaigns such as Free this Week
  • Partner with sales on sponsored campaign measurement, reporting, planning, and insights
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Analytical acumen and strong critical thinking skills 
  • Highly proficient in SQL
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent; Looker preferred 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative driven presentations
