Join Our Team as a Senior Lotus Note Developer We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lotus Note Developer with experience in Lotus technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in developing custom solutions using Lotus Domino Lotus Script and other related technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our company’s offerings and impact society positively. Location: Columbus, Ohio Work Model: Remote in US Experience: 9+ Years Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $97,000/Year to $114,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement custom solutions using Lotus Domino and Lotus Script to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Lotus Notes workflows for improved efficiency. Utilize Lotus Formula to create and maintain robust applications that support organizational goals. Oversee the integration of Lotus Domino with other systems using DECS to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical expertise and support for Lotus Notes Work Model to enhance user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Lotus technologies to maintain system reliability. Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and consistency in development practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to uphold coding standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Lotus technologies to drive innovation within the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities. Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to the strategic planning of IT projects to align with business objectives. Qualifications: Possess in-depth knowledge of Lotus Domino and Lotus Script for developing custom solutions. Demonstrate expertise in Lotus Formula for creating efficient applications. Have experience with Lotus Notes workflows to optimize business processes. Show proficiency in integrating systems using DECS for seamless operations. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues. Display excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
