Credit Analysis Manager

The bank offers a diverse range of financial solutions and expertly manages a wide spectrum of financial products across its branches. This role would be a Credit Analysis Manager, managing a team of three, and sitting in their Chicago office on a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of three credit analysts, focusing on priorities, skill-building, and performance.
  • Recommend credit structures and collateral terms for depositories and CDFIs.
  • Develop and maintain models for credit risk and rating assessments.
  • Report insights to regulators, senior management, and the Credit Committee.
  • Foster teamwork and mentor analysts in underwriting and leadership development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of credit underwriting experience with financial institutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Tableau, VBA, R, S&P CapIQ, or Bloomberg preferred.
