As a billing specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and maintaining a workload of approximately 10,000 accounts with a monthly revenue of $2.5 million
  • Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of customer accounts and charges to be invoiced
  • Creating customized invoices based on customer contracts including PDG and Excel formats
  • Researching multiple invoicing disputes and processing manual accounts receivable adjustments as needed
  • Analyzing and reconciling complex transactions to ensure account is compliant with contract
  • Working with the collections team to identify and resolve billing related issues to ensure clean aging
  • Resolving all requests received through multiple ticketing systems in a timely manner
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working in a high volume, customer facing account related role
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables, v-lookups, h-lookups -- will be working with a very large dataset (multiple vendors nationwide)
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining quota of account reconciliations
