Role Description This is a full-time onsite role located in Fremont, CA, for a Business Development Manager at e-con Systems. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building and fostering customer relationships, and developing high-impact business strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating business development plans, managing client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, generating leads, and bringing in new business partnerships. The role will also require active participation in industry events and trade shows to represent the company. Qualifications Strong business development and account management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to conduct market research and analysis, identify business prospects, and develop effective strategies to address client needs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining partnerships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other sales software; familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. >Experience in technology or camera/vision solutions industries is a plus.
