Maintenance of report templates and production of performance reports.Generate ad-hoc reports and assist in detailed analysis for areas of focus in the performance of business units.Build and enhance processes to iteratively improve the quality and efficiency of department deliverablesConduct data analysis, data integration, and data managementIdentify and develop new data sources and structure data models for monthly performance analysis and annual budgeting and forecastingPlan and conduct small, short-term projects involving department subject matter experts and IT Department that focuses on improving processes and availability of data.QualificationsAdvanced User of Microsoft ExcelFluent in SQL, data manipulation, and trend analysis in an OLAP environmentAbility to solve problems thoroughly, quickly and creatively with an eye for detailHands-on experience in all aspects of data management activities involving large data sets(e.g., data gathering and profiling, data analysis, test data creation, data validation, and issue resolution)Ability and knowledge to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical associates, data users, managers, and other stakeholdersMinimum 2 years of experience in a data management and analytics role.
