OverviewAWS Neuron Software Development Manager role at Annapurna Labs leading the Deep-Learning Compiler team. In this Manager III role, you will lead a team of compiler software engineers in the design and development of a machine learning compiler, drive execution, and mentor your engineers. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on AWS's machine learning infrastructure and bring new products and features to market.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of ML compiler solutions for AWS Neuron.Drive execution plans, feature development, and optimization techniques.Mentor and grow a team of compiler software engineers.Lead hardware bring-up of next-generation chips and influence pre-silicon design.Collaborate with product management and other teams to deliver impactful ML acceleration features.Basic QualificationsB.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field5+ years of engineering team management experienceExperience partnering with product managementStrong knowledge of developing and/or managing simulation softwareSolid understanding of compilers (resource management, instruction scheduling, code generation, and compute graph optimization)Preferred QualificationsM.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical fieldExperience with and deep learning models and algorithmsExperience with LLVM, LMIRInteractions with open-source communitiesAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
