About the Role GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. As an AI Tutor in coding, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects. Responsibilities Generate prompts that challenge AI. Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers. Correct the model's responses based on your domain-specific knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. Minimum 3 years of Kotlin development experience (Android or server-side). Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above. Strong knowledge of the JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability. Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture). Proficiency with coroutines, flows, async programming. Familiarity with DI frameworks such as Dagger, Hilt, or Koin. Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, Agile/Scrum practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Secure coding practices (OWASP). Debugging and optimization skills. Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools. Willingness to learn new methods, switch tasks quickly, and handle complex guidelines. Remote work fully supported; requires only a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm.
