Overview:

We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Data to join our Technology Team. This role is key to driving technical strategy, particularly in data modeling, data engineering, and the revamp of existing PowerBI dashboards. You’ll play a leading role in merging datasets and optimizing data pipelines using tools like Databricks, Azure, SQL, and PowerBI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Architect data pipelines and models, merge datasets, and enhance PowerBI dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate client requirements into clear technology roadmaps.
  • Agile Execution: Break down tasks into epics and user stories, leading agile sprints.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Design technical solutions to automate data processes and improve analytics.
  • Data Management: Ensure the quality and integrity of data flows for reporting and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with front-end developers and manage back-end solutions, including REST APIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with technology changes, particularly in cloud platforms and data privacy.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in data architecture and engineering, with expertise in Databricks, Azure, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data modeling, pipeline creation, and merging datasets.
  • Client-Facing: Experienced in leading client engagements and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and curiosity.
