Outside Residential Sales Representative-Construction

Job responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose each customer's Garage door problems
- Design customized door solutions
- Make in home sales presentations that include product samples and design software
- Build solid, long-lasting relationships with homeowners in your assigned territory
- In addition to prospecting with remodel contractors and HOA's, you will be provided with a steady flow of prequalified company leads and marketing support to help build your territory.
- You will receive formal training to prepare you for a successful career in sales with potential career advancement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
