Our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) offers increasing compensation based on your Nursing Education and National Certifications. You can earn up to $8.00 in addition to your base pay. Job Summary: As a Bilingual RN, you will work within the nursing process to provide direct care to assigned patients. You will also provide clinical leadership for other staff members and assume relief charge duties when designated. Your role model behavior will promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide safe direct care to an assigned group of patients as required.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership for other staff members and assume relief charge duties when designated.
  • Professional Growth: Enhance your professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, reading current literature, attending in-services, meetings, and workshops.
  • Safety: Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures, and protocols, and identify and report/correct environmental conditions and/or situations that may put a patient at undue risk.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Essential: A program graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Experience: No minimum experience required.
  • Credentials: Essential: RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM; CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification w/in 6 months; Basic Arrhythmia Cert w/in 1 year.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of up to $95,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development through training and education programs.
