Sales Estimator

Responsibilities:

 

• Estimation Assistance: Participate in the estimation process by helping to prepare detailed project estimates, including materials and labor calculations. Assist in reviewing and analyzing past project data to refine future estimates and contribute to cost-effective project planning.

• Social Media Management: Assist with managing our social media profiles, creating and scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement to enhance our digital presence and connect with our target audience.

• Sales Data Management: Support our sales team by maintaining and analyzing sales data. Help in organizing customer information and sales performance to streamline our sales processes and improve effectiveness.

• Image Catalog Organization: Manage and categorize our extensive portfolio of digital assets, including photos of past installations and ongoing projects, to ensure easy accessibility and use in marketing and sales efforts.

• Contract and Document Organization: Aid in the organization of contracts, technical documents, and spreadsheets. Ensure systematic filing and availability of documents.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in the construction, design, or home improvement industries.

• Proficient in the use of social media platforms, content creation tools, and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, particularly in design and visual presentation.

• Enthusiastic about joining a startup and eager to contribute to its growth from the ground up.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
