We hire the best and the brightest from across the country - constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services.A DAY IN THE LIFEBusiness Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tenant improvement marketDevelop and implement strategies to expand ARCO's presence in the tenant improvement sectorConduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clientsClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleEnsure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality tenant improvement solutionsSales and Marketing:Lead the development of sales strategies and marketing materials tailored to the tenant improvement marketPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clientsAttend industry events and networking functions to promote ARCO's servicesCollaboration and Leadership:Work closely with internal teams, including preconstruction, project management, and design, to ensure seamless project executionProvide leadership and mentorship to junior business development staffCollaborate with senior management to set and achieve divisional goalsNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in business development within the construction industryProven track record of securing and managing large-scale tenant improvement contractsStrong understanding of the tenant improvement market and client needsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Qualifications:Established network within the tenant improvement and construction industryExperience with design-build project delivery methodsWe are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
