Job Description As a Security Professional - Financial Building Patrol in Portland, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence within financial institution locations. You will interact with customers and staff, provide helpful communication, and contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a financial institution setting. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or circumstances encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with team members and site management to relay important information and support ongoing security-related operations. Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required. Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
