Education: Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering (EE) or a related field preferred; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the power electronics industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing EV traction or related programs.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of traction power systems, including SiC MOSFETs, Si IGBTs, and power modules. Experience with Automotive Qualification (AECQ-101, AQG324) standards and traction inverters is highly desirable.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and external customers.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Program Leadership: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of EV traction programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and market trends.Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate and collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality traction power solutions.Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key EV OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction through regular updates, issue resolution, and proactive engagement.Product Development: Oversee the development lifecycle of traction inverters, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation.Financial Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Stakeholder Communication: Present program status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.Full timePosting Date: 2024-09-04
