Our mission is to maximize revenue outcomes that enable healthcare providers to deliver the highest form of clinical care.Traditional Revenue Cycle Management processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue. Adonis addresses these challenges by leveraging advanced automation, data science, and AI to create the infrastructure that RCM teams need to detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes. Whether identifying issues before they escalate, recommending tailored resolutions, or automating the deployment of those resolutions, Adonis creates a seamless, future-proofed approach to RCM.We're seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development of high-impact relationships that expand Adonis's reach, accelerate sales, and deepen our ecosystem presence. This person will own partnerships that create new revenue through EHR integrations, Private Equity networks, and advisory or distribution collaborations.What You'll DoIdentify, prioritize, and execute partnerships with EHR vendors, PE firms, and consulting organizationsDesign and operationalize GTM models (co-sell, referral, integration, reseller) that expand market reachCollaborate with Sales leadership to turn partnerships into pipeline and closed revenueBuild joint business cases, enablement materials, and performance tracking frameworksRepresent Adonis externally with executive-level partnersManage partnership KPIs and communicate impact to leadershipWhat We're Looking For7+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within healthcare or enterprise SaaSProven record of building partnerships that deliver revenue and market expansionFamiliarity with EHR vendors, RCM technologies, and the healthcare investment landscapeExecutive presence and comfort leading external discussions with senior stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teamsBonus PointsExperience structuring co-sell or referral agreementsExisting relationships within EHR, PE, or consulting ecosystemsExposure to AI, automation, or healthcare payments softwareExperience in high-growth, fast-paced environmentsThe base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 base salary + variable OTE. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
