Essential Functions: Implement member satisfaction initiatives to improve member experience in alignment with the strategic objectives. Develop and implement key operational strategies to improve service quality, member experience, financial results, and employee engagement at all branches. Set goals/metrics for branch staff, coach and counsel staff to maximize performance. Develop and measure effectiveness of all operational processes and provide timely reports. Develop strategic plan for branches and necessary measurements. Support budget preparation process with data and documentation. Establish department goals and ensure adherence to policies. Collaborate on credit union-wide strategic planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and credit union regulations through training and reviews. Ensure proper procedures are established and consistently followed at all branches. Maintain security and confidentiality of pertinent information. Perform other work as needed. Performance Standards: Meet branch objectives in a consistent and timely manner. Run branches efficiently with minimum disruption. Maintain regular on-site presence and support branch operations. Facilitate member‑centric process improvements. Complete performance evaluations for direct reports and staff on time. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related major. Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Suite and comprehensive knowledge of bank consumer compliance regulations. Experience: Five years financial industry or credit union management experience; five years supervisory or management experience. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical, creative and problem‑solving; staff development and coaching; strong member service culture. Repetitive Motion: Frequent use of wrists, hands, fingers. Communication Skills: Convey detailed or important instructions accurately and quickly. Visual, Hearing, Physical Strength: Average visual acuity; normal hearing; sedentary work; lift up to 25 lbs. Reasoning, Mathematics, Language Ability: Apply common sense and basic math skills; write complex sentences using normal word order. Working Conditions: Air‑conditioned, smoke‑free office; travel to meeting sites. Attendance Requirements: Attendance may change due to business needs. Business Hours: Monday through Saturday; additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
