Lead team through change initiatives minimizing disruption while maximizing engagement. Accurately forecast opportunity outcomes for assigned region to inform company forecasting. This role requires significant travel.As a Regional Vice President, your responsibilities include:Business & People Management: Performance enablement, talent acquisition, leading & developing teams, inclusion & collaboration, managerial courage, negotiation & influence, sales process management & adherence, convert strategy to tacticsIndustry & Product Knowledge: Domain expertiseAccount and Customer Management: Account planning, customer retentionSales Pursuit: Opportunity management, customer centric sales, utilizing marketing programsQualifications:Education & Experience: Significant demonstrated success in a field sales role, prior experience with proven track record in a field sales leadership role, track record of growing sales year-over-year and maintaining world-class customer retention, considerable experience in a formal and/or informal leadership role, proficient in collaboration tools, ability to manage full-cycle opportunities utilizing CRM, demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally, record of successful sales forecasting, extensive experience working on a regular basis with district administrators and executives, comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and policy, expert knowledge of K-12 markets, e-Learning products, markets, and funding sources, excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience & Qualifications: Significant experience selling educational technology products, education experience in a leadership role, demonstrated experience creatively solving problemsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000.
