Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, inventory control, and budget adherence. Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth while maintaining service quality. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring that cleanliness, organization, and presentation meet our high standards. Take proactive measures to address any issues promptly. Qualifications: Previous experience in a front-of-house management role in a high-volume restaurant is essential. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
